2. The present application has been filed for quashing the order dated 08.04.2021 passed by the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IV, Biraul by which the Magistrate has taken cognizance under Section 138 of the N.I. Act in C.R. No. 292 of 2019 (Misc. No. 06 of 2019) against the petitioner.

3. It is a case of cheque bouncing and from the materials available on record, I do not find any ground to interfere though Mr. Prafull Chandra Jha, learned counsel for the petitioner has vehemently argued the case.

4. In view of the above, this application is dismissed.

5. The Court below is directed to proceed in the case,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.55843 of 2022(2) dt.16-06-2025 2/2 if the case has not been disposed of and conclude the same within six months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
