2. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 191(2), 115(2), 126(2), 103(1), 351(2) of the B.N.S.
3. Allegation in the first information report is that one Chhotu Mukhiya, who was husband of the informant, was done to death by one Shri Chandra Mukhiya on a sudden dispute which arose between them and the other members of the family of Shri Chandra Mukhiya were also added in the same.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that

No.55025 of 2025(2) dt.22-08-2025 2/3 it would be apparent from the first information report itself that there is specific allegation upon Shri Chandra Mukhiya to have assaulted the deceased Chhotu Mukhiya who subsequently even crushed him by his pick-up vehicle. So far as these petitioners are concerned, they are all female inmate of the house who have been made an accused only on account of the fact that they are related to the main accused Shri Chandra Mukhiya. Further, it has also been submitted that the dispute between the parties had arisen at the spur of moment and the same had escalated and the first information report was also lodged after a delay on 15.03.2025 for an occurrence which took place on 13.03.2025.
5. Learned APP for the State however opposed the grant of anticipatory bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances and also taking into consideration the fact that the petitioners are all females against whom there is no specific allegation in the first information report and who also have no criminal antecedent, let the above named petitioners in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two

No.55025 of 2025(2) dt.22-08-2025 3/3 sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Jalley P.S. Case No. 59 of 2025, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C./Section 482 (2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023.
