One unknown dead body of a woman was recovered but subsequently, in course of investigation, the sons of deceased identified the dead body of deceased and disclosed that deceased had illicit relation with one, Madhusudan Yadav, who happens to be full brother of the petitioner. Accordingly, petitioner was arrested and allegedly, made his confessional statement. Furthermore, one cartridge is said to have been recovered from the hut of the deceased. It appears that except the above-said so-called circumstantial evidence, there is nothing against him who is languishing in jail custody since 07-09-2015. Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.56972 of 2015 (2) dt.17-12-2015 released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Lakhisarai P.S. Case No. 603 of 2015 to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai.
