Petitioner seeks bail in Forbesganj P.S. Case No. 410 of 2017 for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Raushan Kumar with whom the petitioner is on inimical terms. The petitioner is in custody since 25.07.2017.

Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.52431 of 2017(2) dt.09-11-2017 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M. Araria in connection with Forbesganj P.S. Case No. 410 of 2017.
