The petitioner is accused in connection with Maniyari P.S. Case No. 118/2015 registered under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not named in the FIR. In course of investigation, one Satyendra Rai was apprehended by the police in connection with Maniyari P.S. Case No. 146/2015 and he disclosed the name of the petitioner and others showing the involvement in the present case and on the basis of his confessional statement theft motorcycle of the present case is said to have been recovered behind the house of the petitioner. Thereafter, the petitioner was apprehended by the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.57524 of 2015 (3) dt.16-02-2016 2/2 police and remanded in the present case and also in Kurhni P.S. Case No. 234/2015. In both cases, the petitioner has been allowed bail. The petitioner is in custody since 07.08.2015. Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Santosh Kumar Jha, Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Muzaffarpur in connection with Maniyari P.S.
