The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Excise P.S. Case No.152 of 2019 registered under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

The Excise officials, on secret inputs, raided the house of the petitioner and on such, from the garbage situated in front of the house of the petitioner, different brands of Whiskey and bear were recovered.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that recovery was made outside the house of the petitioner but it appears that garbage is situated inside the premises of the house of the petitioner.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.52410 of 2019(2) dt.22-08-2019 2/2 Taking into consideration the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
