Petitioner is said to have been caught on the spot but according to the prosecution case itself, stolen vehicles were recovered from the house of co-accused Mukesh Ram. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and is languishing in jail custody since 18.9.2015.
Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in Masarakh P.S. Case no. 283/2015. shahid (Hemant Kumar Srivastava,J) U T
