The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 467 and 468 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case is that the petitioner on the basis of forged agriculture graduate certificate issued from Bundelkhand University, Jhansi (U.P.) got employed as Agriculture Coordinator on the basis of an examination conducted by the Bihar Staff Selection Commission.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is a lady and she never submitted any certificate, though she appeared at the examination. Moreover, she has not received any salary and now she has been removed

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.74281 of 2018(2) dt.09-01-2019 2/2 from the post of Agriculture Coordinator. A statement has been made in paragraph no.3 of the petition that the petitioner is not having any criminal antecedent.

It is submitted by learned APP for the State that the accusation is specific against the petitioner. Considering the fact that the petitioner is a lady and now she has been terminated from the post and has not received any salary, coupled with statement made in paragraph no.3 of the petition that the petitioner is not having any criminal antecedent, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Samastipur, in connection with Warisnagar (Mathurapur O.P.) P.S. Case No.203 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
