The petitioner who is in custody in connection with Dehri (Dalmianagar) P.S. Case No. 437 of 2015 registered for the offence under Section 21, 22 , 24 of the Narcotic Drugs And Psychotropic Substances Act, has prayed for grant of bail. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated. He submits that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. However, he submits that if for the time being it is assumed that anything has been recovered as per the allegation only 5 Kilogram Ganja has been alleged to be recovered which is a small quantity

In view of small quantity of the recovered Ganja and clean antecedent of the petitioner, let the petitioner Awadhesh Kumar be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge -cumSpecial Judge, N.D.P.S. Act, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Dehri (Dalmianagar ) P.S. Case No. 437 of 2015. (Rakesh Kumar, J) Praful/- U T
