Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Paraiya P.S. Case No.64 of 2016 for the offences registered under sections 307, 323, 341, 504, 147, 148, 149 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Petitioner is said to have opened fire causing fire arm injury to the informant and some others and, therefore, I do not feel it proper to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Hence, his prayer for anticipatory bail in connection with Paraiya P.S. Case No.64 of 2016 pending in the court of Sri Santosh Kumar Dubey, J.M.-1st Class, Gaya stands rejected. However, this order shall not cause any prejudice to the competent
