JUSTICE NAVANITI PRASAD SINGH ORAL ORDER 14-10-2015 The petitioner apprehends his arrest in relation to Bettiah Muffasil (Manuapul) P.S. Case No. 310 of 2011, instituted under sections 467, 468, 471, 406, 420 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner points out that coaccused Anil Sah has already been granted anticipatory bail. This is also noticed by the learned Sessions Judge, but in spite of that, and in spite of the fact that the allegation is of mere breach of contract, which is purely a civil dispute, the learned Sessions Judge has refused to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Having perused the order of the learned Sessions Judge, this Court is, indeed, surprised at the manner in which the learned Sessions Judge has proceeded in the matter.
