Petitioners seek bail in Jehanabad P.S. Case No.348 of 2019 registered under Sections 328, 304B and 34 of the IPC. The informant is the father of the deceased. The informant disclosed that he got his daughter married with Pinku Kumar but her husband and other in-laws were torturing her. The informant further disclosed that on 04.05.2019 her husband, father-in-law, mother-in-law and sister-in-law poisoned his daughter to death.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are mother-in-law and sister-in-law of the deceased. The deceased was married with Pinku Kumar son of petitioner

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.57618 of 2019(4) dt.20-11-2019 2/2 no.1 in the year 2013 but the deceased never complained of illtreatment at the hands of the petitioners. The deceased herself consumed poison. It is further submitted that the petitioners are in jail since 05.05.2019. The petitioners being mother-in-law and sister-in-law of the deceased against whom there is no specific allegation are in jail for more than six months. Having considered the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation against the petitioners and the fact that the petitioners are mother-in-law and sister-in-law of the deceased, the petitioners named above are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Jehanabad in connection with Jehanabad P.S. Case No.348 of 2019.
