====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 15-09-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.

2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 109(1), 121(2), 285, 132, 44, 303(2)/3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and Section 3/4 of the Prevention of Damage to Public Property Act.

3. It is alleged that this petitioner along with other F.I.R. named accused persons attacked police party as a result of which some of them sustained injuries. It is further alleged that the accused persons also pelted stones damaging the police vehicles.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Petitioner was only member of the mob and there is no specific accusation

5. Considering the nature and seriousness of accusation, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is refused.
