Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Nathnagar P.S. Case No. 73 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case on account of previous enmity. There is case and counter case between the parties. Similarly situated co-accused has been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 06.08.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 45682 of 2018
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.73925 of 2018(2) dt.18-12-2018 2/2 (Annexure-2).
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with Nathnagar P.S. Case No. 73 of 2017 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
