It is submitted that in respect of other empanelled candidates from the same panel, orders have been passed in CWJC No 2288 of 2016 and CWJC No 2639 of 2016 with a direction to the District Magistrate, Jamui to consider the petitioners of those cases for

Patna High Court CWJC No.18589 of 2014 dt.07-05-2018 2/2 regularization and dispose of their claim.

3 In view of the limited nature of prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is also disposed of with a direction that the District Magistrate, Jamui may consider the grievance of the petitioner and dispose of the same in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
