The petitioner seeks bail in a case under section 304(B), 201/34 of the IPC.

The prayer of petitioner for bail was earlier rejected by this court vide order dated 08.05.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 7330 of 2015 with a direction to the trial court to conclude the trial within six months but the trial has not yet been concluded. The petitioner is husband of the deceased.

Considering the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected. The trial court is directed to hold the trial of Sessions Trial No. 235 of 2015 on day to day basis and conclude the same within three months from the date of receipt of this order.

No.58617 of 2015 (3) dt.20-07-2016 2/2 The Superintendent of Police, Nawada is directed to ensure the attendance of prosecution witnesses of Kadirganj P.S. case No. 470 of 2013 corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 235 of 2015 in the court of learned 3rd Additional Sessions Judge, Nawada so that the trial must be concluded within three months.
