JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 12-01-2018 The present petition has been placed before this Court for rectifying the clerical error to the effect that the order dated 04.01.2018 has been passed by this Court treating the petition of the petitioners to be anticipatory bail petition, however, the same is a regular bail petition.

It is directed that the order dated 4.1.2018 be treated to have been passed in regular bail petition and accordingly wherever anticipatory bail has been mentioned, the same be read as regular bail.

Accordingly, it is ordered that the petitioners above named are directed to be released on regular bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.60149 of 2017 (3) dt.12-01-2018 2/2 each to the satisfaction of the learned A.D.C.J.-II, Jehanabad in connection with Mehdia P.S. Case No. 86 of 2017 (Excise Case No. 1135 of 2017) within 4 weeks from today.
