One country made pistol is said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner who does not have any criminal antecedent which is evident from perusal of para 3 of the petition.

Although it is stated that two country made pistols were recovered from the vehicle in which petitioner was found sitting but at the time of the aforesaid recovery, it was disclosed by apprehended person that the aforesaid two pistols belonged to co-accused Ajay Pratap Singh.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.56623 of 2015 (2) dt.14-12-2015 amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger in Naya Ram Nagar P.S. Case no. 116/2015 subject to condition that one of the sureties must be local and holder of the landed property.
