1. The Writ petition is filed for the following reliefs:

"For commanding the respondent No.4 to release the amount to be paid by the petitioner to Allahabad Bank, Banjari Branch as an interest upon the subsidy amount arising out of the Loan, the subsidy amount ought to have been paid concurrent to release of the main loan amount i.e. 14.05.2015 but uptill now the subsidy amount has

2/4 not been released and as such, the interest on subsidy amount since May 2015 to March 2019 and onward till the subsidy amount is credited to the concerned Bank Account and/or to grant such other relief(s) for which the petitioner may be found entitled to."

A detailed counter affidavit was being filed on behalf of respondent No.5 stating therein that the petitioner availed a loan of Rs.9,95,000/- (Rupees Nine Lakhs Ninety Five Thousand) from the Banjari Branch of Allahabad Bank (now Indian Bank) on 14.05.2015 for Dairy Development Business under Sangar Gabya Vikas Yojna. The petitioner purchased ten cows and started his dairy business and applied for grant of subsidy amount of Rs.5,97,500/- (Rupees Five Lakhs Ninety Seven Thousand Five Hundred) under the aforesaid Government scheme. Thereafter, the petitioner defaulted and neglected to repay the loan and outstanding due of the Bank and no subsidy of Rs.5,97,500/- (Rupees Five Lakhs Ninety Seven Thousand Five Hundred) was released by the

3/4 Government under the said scheme.

3. Further, the counter affidavit dislcose that the matter was settled under one-time settlement scheme vide offer letter dated 07.04.2021 of the petitioner and statement of account dated 01.02.2023. It further disclose that under the one-time settlement scheme, the petitioner was directed to pay the only Rs.5,97,500/- (Rupees Five Lakhs Ninety Seven Thousand Five Hundred) by 07.04.2021. The petitioner promised and paid Rs.5,97,500/- (Rupees Five Lakhs Ninety Seven Thousand Five Hundred) to the Bank on 07.04.2021 and thereafter, the account was closed and the balance has became Zero.

4. As the matter has been settled under the one-Time Settlement Scheme and nothing remains to be paid by the petitioner to respondent No. 5, nothing remains for adjudication in the present Writ petition.

5. With the abovesaid observation, the present Writ petition is disposed of.
