JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL ORDER 20-01-2016 Looking at the subsequent developments as also the fact that the petitioner has been in custody since 05.04.2014, let the petitioner above named be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, one of the surety will be executed by the father of the petitioner whose identity will be duly established in the court below and the other by a close blood relation, to the satisfaction of the learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Madhubani in connection with Bisfi (Patauna) P.S. Case No.62 of 2014.
