JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 21-03-2024 At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks a direction upon the Divisional Commissioner, Munger Division, Munger to dispose off the revision petition filed by the petitioner, as contained in Annexure-13 to the present writ petition, which has been preferred against the order dated 05.08.2021 passed in Appeal Case No. 01 of 2021-22 by the District Programme Officer, Munger.

The learned counsel for the respondentState submits that in case the aforesaid revision petition is still pending, the same would definitely be disposed off within a fixed time frame, as is directed by this Court.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to direct the Divisional Commissioner, Munger Division, Munger to dispose off the aforesaid revision petition, in case the same has been filed and is still pending adjudication, by passing a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
