Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner no. 1 happens to be father in law whereas petitioner no. 2 is said to be younger brother in law of the deceased and earlier their prayer for bail was rejected by this court vide order dated 04.09.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 36316 of 2015 but this second bail petition has been filed on behalf of the petitioners on the ground that petitioners are languishing in jail custody since 05.05.2015 and the husband of the deceased has

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9942 of 2016 (2) dt.04-05-2016 2/2 already been sent to jail custody.

Considering the aforesaid submissions as well as period of detention of the petitioners in jail custody, let the petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ara, Bhojpur in connection with Piro P.S.
