The petitioner, namely, Vinod Kumar, is in custody in Ghorasahan (Jitna) P.S. Case No. 271 of 2015 under Sections 413/411 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation against the petitioner is that he along with other co-accused persons have bought theft motorcycle. The petitioner is in custody since 31.7.2015.

Considering the nature of allegation and period of detention, I direct the petitioner, named above, to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5,000/- (Five Thousand Rupees) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Sikrahana at Dhaka Motihari in connection with Ghorasahan (Jitna) P.S.
