Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 370 and 79 of J.J.Act.

Allegation against the petitioner is that he was caught at the railway station while he was carrying three children for labour purpose. Parents of the children have filed affidavit before the learned court below that due to poverty, they had voluntarily sent their children. Petitioner is in custody since 18.07.2017.

Irrespective of the statement of the parents and their responsibility to not to engage their children for labour purpose. Considering the period already undergone by the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.57041 of 2017 (8) dt.07-03-2018 petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Muzaffarpur Rail Police Station Case No.97 of 2017, G.R.No.192 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
