JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 16-12-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner being the husband of the informant is languishing in jail since 19.06.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 308, 498A, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

The basic accusation is of torture for non-fulfillment of the dowry demand and making assault.

Considering the nature of accusation and period under custody, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SDJM, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Sikrahata P.S. Case No. 36 of 2015.
