2. By the present writ application, virtually the petitioner wants to start second round of litigation for the same relief. Earlier, by filing C.W.J.C. No.4813 of 2014, the petitioner moved before this Court and this petitioner was petitioner no.2 in C.W.J.C. No.4813 of 2014. By order dated 29.11.2017, the said writ petition was disposed of with a direction to the petitioners to file a representation before the respondent no.6,

Patna High Court CWJC No.12459 of 2024(2) dt.22-08-2024 2/2 the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Madhubani, who shall consider representation of the petitioner and pass an appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of making such representation. In compliance of the order, the petitioners filed their representation and vide Memo No.139 dated 25.02.2022, the representation of the petitioners was disposed of by a reasoned and speaking order.

3. I have perused the order dated 25.02.2022 and do not find any illegality or infirmity in the order aforesaid. In such view of the matter, this writ application lacks merit and is dismissed.
