====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE ORAL ORDER 04-10-2017 None appears for the petitioner.
The matter is pending since 2014. The grievance of the petitioner is that, in spite of the orders passed on 29.10.2013 in Civil Writ Jurisdiction Case No. 231 of 2013, his claim has not been considered and a decision taken.
Considering the fact that none is appearing for the parties and even notices have not been issued to the
Patna High Court MJC No.4298 of 2014 (4) dt.04-10-2017 2/2 respondents, now this Court does not deem it appropriate to initiate action for contempt after a period of four years of passing of the order on 29.10.2013.
In case the petitioner has any grievance still subsists, he may represent to the Civil Surgeon, Bhojpur, who shall proceed to take action in accordance to the directions issued on 29.10.2013 in Civil Writ Jurisdiction Case No. 231 of 2013 and decide the claim of the petitioner within a period of three months of his representation.
With the aforesaid, the application stands disposed of.
