JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 28-02-2018 From perusal of the records, it appears that earlier the prayer for bail of this petitioner was rejected with direction to expedite the trial and conclude the same within a period of none months. It also appears from the records that all the witnesses have examined except one witness and next date is fixed on 6.2.2018. Learned trial Court has submitted through his report that the trial may be concluded within two months.

Considering the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the same is rejected. The trial Court is directed to hold the trial on day-to-day basis and conclude the same within three months from the date of receipt of this order.

At the same time, the S.P., Purnea to ensure the presence of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.58203 of 2017 (5) dt.28-02-2018 2/2 the witnesses including I.O. on the date fixed so that the trial may be concluded within the aforesaid period.
