JUSTICE MIHIR KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 04-02-2015 Having regard to the nature of allegation against the petitioner for offence under Sections 304(B)/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code and the fact that the petitioner is the husband of the deceased, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. The prayer for bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected. The petitioner is in custody since 22.08.2014 and, therefore, the trial court must make effort to conclude the trial expeditiously preferably within a period of one year from the dte of receipt of a copy of this order.

Happen it be so, that the trial of the petitioner is not concluded within a period of one year, the petitioner will be at liberty to move initially the trial court and the trial court will have to record reasons for not concluding the trial within the time frame as fixed by this Court and only thereafter the petitioner may move
