JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL ORDER 16-12-2015 Nothing significant has been emerged since the rejection of application of bail of the petitioner on 04.03.2015. Petitioner's survival is dependent upon the crime. In view of the same, the only option left to this Court is to direct the Superintendent of Police, Madhepura to ensure that he monitors all the cases with the Public Prosecutor and ensure early trial, so that the cases do not remain in limbo indefinitely, because justice must be done both with the petitioner and the system.

Prayer for bail of the petitioner, above-named, is, hereby, rejected in connection with Janki Nagar P. S. Case No. 130 of 2013, pending the court of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Purnea.
