JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 07-01-2019 The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Pachrukhi (Saraya) P.S.Case No. 246 of 2018 registered under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Allegation as per FIR is of recovery of 14.400 litres of wine and petitioner succeeded in fleeing away and it further appears that he is an accused in one more case. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and in anther case, he is on bail.

Heard learned APP also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, I am not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. However, if the
