Mr. Shankar Kumar Thakur, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State at the outset informs that petitioner has already filed a detailed representation before the Education Minister, Government of Bihar for considering his grievance, as prayed for in the present writ petition. He, however, informs that the matter can duly be considered by the

The Registrar of Aryabhatta Knowledge University, Patna has jurisdiction to notify the date of personal interview for the post of Registrar, if situation so arises, in future. The petitioner seeks liberty to avail the said opportunity.

3. The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of with aforesaid liberty.
