This application has been filed for modification of order dated 01.02.2019 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 64591 of 2018.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that vide order dated 01.02.2019 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 64591 of 2018, the petitioners were allowed pre-arrest bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks, in connection with Saharghat P.S. Case No. 69 of 2018 pending in the court of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.53862 of 2019(2) dt.29-08-2019 2/2 Benipatti, Madhubani, but due to some unavoidable circumstances, petitioners could not surrender before the court below within the stipulated time.

In view of the above submission, the period of surrender of the petitioners is extended for four weeks from today. The order dated 01.02.2019 passed in Criminal Misc.
