Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that under Section 51 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013, the State Government, for the purpose of speedy disposal of the dispute relating to land acquisition, compensation, rehabilitation and settlement, has established an Authority for the aforesaid purpose and, as such, the petitioners may be given liberty to approach to the Tribunal for redressal of their grievance which they have raised in the present writ

This writ application is, accordingly, disposed of with the aforementioned liberty.
