JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 08-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is said to have caught by the Railway police while he was trying to flee with a parcel bag. Submission on behalf of the petitioner is that petitioner was working as a labourer at the platform and he was arrested by the police on suspicion.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Railway Magistrate, Patna in connection with G.R.P.Patna Jn.Case No. 05 of 2015.
