JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 06-12-2022 The present writ petition has been filed for directing the respondents to entertain registration of the instruments in question, pertaining to the land being sold by the petitioner.
The learned counsel for the Respondent-State has filed a counter affidavit, which is taken on record and therein, it has been submitted that there is no restriction upon the land in question and the petitioner is free to sell the same. The detail of the land in question has been given in paragraph no.6 of the counter affidavit, which is reproduced hereinbelow:-

The learned counsel for the Respondent-State has further submitted that the petitioner can present the instrument in question for registration and the needful will be done immediately, subject to fulfillment of other requisites and formalities, in accordance with law.
