Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor for the State as well as learned counsel for the informant.

Petitioner happens to be elder brother-in-law of the deceased and marriage of the deceased had taken place four years ago and according to the prosecution case itself, it was husband of the deceased who made demand of gold chain and motorcycle. So far as the petitioner is concerned, general allegation of torturing has been levelled against the petitioner.

Moreover, having more or less similar allegation coaccused Pramila Devi and Pratima Devi have already been granted privilege of anticipatory bail whereas co-accused Rupesh Yadav has already been released on bail.

Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on
