Petitioner is named but according to prosecution case itself, it was co-accused, Rokky Singh, who shot fire on the deceased.

Learned counsel for the petitioner points out that having more or less similar allegation, one co-accused, Sikandar Ansari @ Appu Miyan has already been granted privilege of bail by this Court.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief
