JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 09-11-2017 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Hulasganj P.S. Case No. 101 of 2017 dated 25.08.2017 for the offences punishable under Sections 414/120B of the Indian Penal Code.

According to the informant while he along with other police personnel proceeded for motorcycles checking, he saw two persons coming on a motorcycle and when he had given signal to stop the motorcycle, they did not stop the motorcycle. However, they fled away and after chase, they were apprehended and the driver of the motorcycle disclosed his name as Sachin Kumar @ Tutu.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that

No.53178 of 2017 (2) dt.09-11-2017 2/2 the petitioner has a clean antecedent and as far as the seizure list is concerned, the same does not bear the signature of the petitioner. In the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to enlarge the petitioner on regular bail upon completion of four months of his custody i.e. from 26.08.2017, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Jehanahad in connection with Hulasganj P.S. Case No. 101 of 2017 and also subject to other terms and conditions as may be deemed fit and proper by the learned trial court.
