The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 143, 341, 323, 447, 448, 307, 354(B), 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

No.66730 of 2021(3) dt.19-07-2022 2/3 Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are persons with clean antecedent and the informant alleges that he along with his mother was at their door when all the accused persons, including the petitioners, came there and started abusing his mother by calling her witch and on protest, Pramod Kumar caught hold of the informant and Amit and Ajit assaulted by an iron rod causing injury on the head and near his eyes and when the informant tried to raise alarm, Amit put clothes in his mouth. Rani Devi and Gyanti Devi caught the mother of the informant by her hair and dashed her on the floor due to which she became partly naked and on seeing the occurrence the mami of the informant came to rescue but Pavan Kumar (petitioner no.3) along with Shivpujan dragged her by holding her hair due to which she became unconscious and thereafter the accused snatched gold earring and nose pin and mobile worth Rs. 17,000/-.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in the present case though there is specific allegation of assault by Amit and Ajit causing injury on the head and near the eyes of the informant but the injuries are simple in nature. It is next submitted that the present case is a counterblast to S.C./S.T. Bettiah P.S. Case No.
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.66730 of 2021(3) dt.19-07-2022 3/3 7 of 2020 instituted by Amir Kumar (petitioner no.5). Learned counsel next submits that from perusal of the allegation as alleged in the F.I.R. it would manifest that no motive or reason for the cause of occurrence has been alleged in the F.I.R. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners.
Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Sathi P.S. Case No. 88 of 2021 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
