2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. This petitioner is alleged to be driver of the seized truck, which was loaded with skin of the animal(s).

4. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that petitioner has got no concern with the alleged seized items. Petitioner was simply a driver and was not aware of the nature of consignment and he only followed the instruction of the owner of the truck. Moreover, the owner of the truck has already been granted bail by the learned Court below, vide order annexed as Annexure 2 to the petition. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Sherghati, Gaya in connection with Barachatti P.S. Case No. 285 of 2022, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) anay/- U T
