Mr. Navin Prasad Singh, Advocate =========================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 08-12-2015 Since identical issue was raised in yet another writ application which is CWJC No.17287 of 2014 and this Court had occasion to deal with it in quite a detail and dismissed the writ application taking into consideration the circumstances under which the Vice-Chancellor of the University was compelled to act for cancelling the results or marksheet which was tampered or manipulated, the same principle applies even in the present case. The rational and reasoning given in the said writ application disposed of on 25.03.2015 also applies to the present case.
Writ application is dismissed.
