JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 06-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is said to have given spade blow, causing injury on the head of injured, Vijay Choudhary. The Photostat copy of injury report of injured, Vijay Choudhary reveals that the said injured sustained two injuries; one is said to be dangerous to life whereas; another is simple in nature. The injury found on the scalp of the injured appears to be simple in nature.

Considering the above-said facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
