Petitioner apprehends his arrest in Bela P.S. Case No.16 of 2019, registered under Sections 379 and 511 of the Indian Penal Code.

The Manager, Regional Kukkut Area, Bela, Muzaffarpur lodged the case alleging therein that three persons were trying to unlock the godown but after seeing the informant and other officials, they started fleeing away. The informant and others apprehended one accused who disclosed his name as Md. Parvez @ Gore. Md. Parvez disclosed the names of Md. Taj and Md. Sufiyana, the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the name of the petitioner figured in the case on the basis of the

The informant is not a police official but it appears that the informant who is the Manager of the Regional Kukkut Area along with other officials apprehended one of the accused and two other accused persons managed to flee away. The apprehended accused disclosed that that the petitioner was also one of the persons who was trying to commit theft in the godown.

Taking into consideration the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.
