JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 21-03-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1.(i) For issuance of an appropriate writ for commanding the respondents authorities to provide the petitioner the pay scale of Rs. 5000-8000 w.e.f.
01.01.1996 or from his date of joining, whichever is later and replacement scale of Rs.9300-34800 with Grade Pay 4200 in PB-2 w.e.f. 01.01.2006 and consequent thereof the A.C.P. after
Patna High Court CWJC No.19751 of 2021(2) dt.21-03-2024 2/3 completion of 12th year of service in the scale of Rs.9300-34800 with Grade Pay of Rs.4600 in PB-2 w.e.f.
06.11.2009.
(ii) For issuance of an appropriate writ to commanding the respondents to pay the petitioner all consequential benefits such as arrear or difference of salary etc. on account of providing the pay scale of Rs.5000-8000 w.e.f.
01.01.1996 or from the date of his joining whichever is later and after to pay further difference of salary w.e.f.
01.04.2007 after re-fixing his salary in the pay scale of Rs.9400-34800 with corresponding Grade Pay of Rs.4200 w.e.f. 01.01.2006 in Grade Pay PB-2 w.e.f. 01.01.2006 and further the difference of salary after w.e.f.
06.11.2009 in the scale of Re 930034800 Grade Pay Rs.4600 in PB-2. (iii) For issuance of an appropriate writ commanding the Accountant General, Bihar to issue P.P.O. in terms of revised scale decided by this Hon'ble Court in C.W.J.C. No. 23781 of 2012 contained in Annexure-3."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Principal Secretary, Department of
Patna High Court CWJC No.19751 of 2021(2) dt.21-03-2024 3/3 Finance, Government of Bihar, Patna i.e. the respondent no. 2 for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

It is needless to state that in case the petitioner approaches the Principal Secretary, Department of Finance, Government of Bihar, Patna i.e. the respondent no. 2, by filing appropriate representation, within a period of two weeks from today, the same shall be disposed of by a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks, thereafter. 4.
The writ petition stands disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
