The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for offences punishable under Sections 409 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner claims to be Panchayat Technical Assistant having been appointed on the contract basis. So far allegation is concerned, it is contended that enquiry with respect to the Manarega Plantation Scheme 2009-10 was made in the year 2013-14 and plants shown in the plantation scheme were found to be much less in number. No.38030 of 2016 (2) dt.26-09-2016 2 / 2 Sevak, namely, Shshil Kumar Bharti and Ravindra Kumar have already been granted privilege of anticipatory bail vide order dated 20.08.2016 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No.33443 of 2016 and Criminal Miscellaneous No.33023 of 2016 respectively. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail in the event of arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today in Mahua P.S. Case No. 84 of 2016, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000 (Ten Thousand Rupees) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hazipur, Vaishali subject to the conditions as laid down under sub-section(2) of Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
