Petitioner along with others who happens to be local goons, as alleged by the prosecution, came at the site variously armed with and asked for payment of Rangdari in case the prosecution party likes to indulge in sand business and for that, directed to call Manager and the local caretaker. When the informant, a labourer who was engaged in loading sand said that he is going to call the caretaker, over which as has been alleged petitioner had given stick blow on account of which his chin got broken and one tooth was also broken. Others also assaulted. On hue and cry while villagers rushed in rescue, it has also been alleged that Anil Marik fired, however, caused no injury. Petitioner happens to be under custody since

Considering the nature of allegation in consonance with period of custody, petitioner, Bablu Lal Mandal is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka in connection with Banka PS Case No. 398/2016.
