2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Siwan Muffasil P.S. Case No. 351 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 64, 108 and 62 of the B.N.S., lodged on 13.05.2025 by the informant, Sugendra Manjhi.
3. As per the prosecution story, the informant alleged that his niece called him informing that Bablee Kumari (deceased) after closing the room, has put herself on fire. The informant rushed, she was removed from the room but ultimately succumbed to the injuries. The allegation against this petitioner is that he was in relationship with the deceased but

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the girl put herself on fire in her home itself, she was brought out by the family members, unfortunately, despite being shifted to the hospital, succumbed to the said burn injuries. This petitioner is 19 years old having no criminal antecedent, a student, only to implicate, a role has been assigned.
5. Learned APP opposes the prayer submitting that upon his refusal to marry, the lady took the extreme step.
6. An unfortunate incident has happened, the girl is no more, F.I.R. shows that after refusing her meal, she closed the room and put herself on fire, brought out and rushed to the hospital but succumbed to the injuries. The allegation is that this petitioner was in relationship but upon refusal, she took extreme step, F.I.R. is there, the petitioner will be facing the music, he do not have criminal antecedent, is only 19 years of age, student as recorded above, in that background, this Court is inclined to extend him the privilege of anticipatory bail.
7. Let the petitioner be released on bail in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from the receipt of this order, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.55072 of 2025(5) dt.17-01-2026 3/3 (Ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan, in connection with Siwan Muffasil P.S. Case No. 351 of 2025 subject to the following conditions:- (i) one of the bailor should be the family member/relative of the petitioner who shall provide official document (Aadhar Card/Voter Id/Driving License/Pan Card) to show his/her bona fide;
(ii) the petitioner shall appear on each and every date before the Trial Court and failure to do so for two consecutive dates without plausible reason will entail cancellation of his/her bail bond by the Trial Court itself;
(iii) the petitioner shall in no way try to induce or promise or threat the witnesses or tamper with the evidences, failing which the State shall be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of the bail bonds;
(iv) the petitioner shall desist from committing any criminal offence again, failing which the State shall be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of bail bonds. (Rajiv Roy, J) vinayak/- U T
