The petitioner wants to renew the prayer of bail which was earlier rejected vide order dated 03.04.2017 passed Cri. Misc. No. 4615 of 2017, on the ground that the petitioner is suffering in custody since 19.11.2016. The confessional statement of the debar and husband of the petitioner is of no value, there is no legal and tangible material against the petitioner. It is not believable that mother will kill her daughter and, as such, the petitioner deserves sympathetic consideration. The learned A.P.P. opposes by submitting that from the statement of the son of the petitioner recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C., it reveals that the deceased

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.53685 of 2017 (2) dt.22-11-2017 2/2 was taken away in Bolero by his father, mother and uncle and thereafter her dead body was recovered.

In the facts and circumstances stated above, at present, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail, accordingly, her such prayer again stands rejected. However, the learned trail Court is again directed to expedite the trial and to conclude the same preferably within three months after taking same on priority basis, failing which if the petitioner at no fault, may be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail.
