Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Raniganj P.S. Case No.321 of 2018 registered for the offences under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B of IPC. As per F.I.R., the Circle Officer of concerned block in collusion with Ram Lal Mandal and others recorded sikmi right in a proceeding under Section 48-D of the Bihar Tenancy Act. It has been submitted that this petitioner is a Head Clerk in the concerned block and he had no role at all in a proceeding initiated under Section 48-D of the Bihar Tenancy Act. The order has been passed by the Circle Officer. The allegation against this petitioner appears omnibus.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the prayer for anticipatory bail is allowed and the above named petitioner, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within six weeks from today, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Raniganj P.S. Case No.321 of 2018 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of Cr.P.C. (Sanjay Kumar, J) Harish/- U
